If you are having problems logging into the Interactive Account Features (Premium Access) with Internet Explorer 6.0, follow the steps below to correct the problem:

  1. Double-click the icon (circled below) at the bottom of your screen.



  2. The box below appears. Click on the listing under the heading "Site", then click the "Summary" button.




  3. The box below appears. Click on the button labeled "Always allow this site to use cookies", then Click "OK".




  4. Press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh your browser. You will now be able to logon successfully.
