* Rates for Major Events upon application

* A minimum TWO night stay applies

* A valid credit card is required.

* Full payment is taken prior to     occupancy

* A $20 surcharge for each extra    person after two. (maximum four)

* All prices as Inclusive of  GST.

* $10/night discount for second occupancy in a calendar year
